Concan Springs Lodges are located right on River Road, central to all things Frio! Enjoy this large compound just steps away from the Kenneth Arthur Crossing on the Frio River. The property is surrounded by stores that carry all of your outdoor needs. Looking for pizza and a cocktail? Head just down the road to Hippie Chics River Shack! Looking for live music? Head a mile up the road to the House Pasture. 

On the property there are 3 cabins and a pool. Cabins can be rented individually or all together. Need a smaller place and don't mind sharing amenities with other guests? Book just 1 or 2 of the cabins and still enjoy your own parking spaces, fire pit, yard games, & outdoor seating area with a fireplace. (You’ll only need to share the pool!) Need room to spread the group out? Book the entire property for a private getaway. 

Each cabin is identical in size and layout. Bedroom 1 & 2 are connected with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedroom 1 will have either a queen or king depending on which cabin you book. Bedroom 2 will have a queen. Bedroom 3 will have 2 full size beds and will be next to the other bathroom.The only difference may be decor & furniture placement. Cabin 1 is located closest to the pool, 2 in the middle, and 3 furthest from the pool.

Enjoy beautiful views from the comfort of the on-site pool. Cook on the BBQ pit and enjoy the meal in the outdoor seating area with a fireplace. Play horseshoes and other yard games right outside your cabin. 

With a minimum renting age of 26, we hope that our property will be looked over by responsible renters. After every stay, our cleaning crew will strip, wash, and reset all linens, disinfect high traffic areas, and put the house back in tip top shape. All we ask is that you load and start the dishwashe and take your trash to the dumpster on site. 

Although we love our furry friends, we ask that you keep your pets at home while you stay at our cabins. Fees apply for violations.
